Man boobs for a lot of men are a source of insecurity, low self esteem and frustration.  I know it was like this for my brother for a long time, when he was so embarrassed to even approach a girl or take his shirt off when we went on holidays.

I always felt so sorry for him, not because of the man boobs, but because he could not reach his full potential because he was always judging himself worse than everyone. He was a great guy who could have had the world at his feet but the man boobs always held him back, making him think that he just was not good enough

  1. Cardio – For any kind of weight loss to be effective you have to do some cardio. There are different cardio exercises that you can do, a few examples are running, sports for example soccer or cycling among many others. Try to vary the cardio exercises that you do and try to do the exercises that you love. That way you will see results faster and you will be more committed to doing something you like than doing something you hate
  2. Push Ups – This exercise will do wonders for your man boobs. It’s a great exercise because you don’t need to be at the gym, you can do them at home, anytime you want
  3. Chest Presses – My favorite chest presses is the bench press and the seated chest press.  The bench press is when you lie on your back with your chest facing up. You then hold a barbell in both hands and push upwards until your hands are extended. You then bring the barbell down until it is a few centimeters from your chest and repeat the process.  With the seated chest press you simply sit on the chest press machine. You will then push the weight straight, away from your chest until the arms are fully extended, and then pull your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
