One of the most effective methods in making your man boobs disappear is by taking in a lot of fluid. Ten glasses a day may sound too much but mind you, it really does help in eliminating your man boobs.

But, when I say fluid, not all fluids are acceptable. Colas, artificially flavored drinks, glucose enhanced fluids are a no-no! By taking in fluids, I meant alternately drinking lots of water and/or fresh fruits and vegetable juices — the healthier choices. But the best choice would be water, of course.

The logic behind this is that regular intake of fluids daily help your digestive system in working faster and better. This way, lesser fat will be stored in your body. Meaning, you decrease the fat in your body without exerting too much effort.

You may think that taking in 10 glasses of fluid each day is quite a difficult task. At first, yes, it may be quite difficult. But by slowly incorporating it into your daily routine, you will be able to achieve this and it will become a habit for you.

The best way to do it is to take 1 or 2 glasses of water when you wake up in the morning. This is great as it allows you to help your body flush the impurities from your system early on in the day.

To make it easier for you to consume the remaining required water intake for the rest of the day, make sure you drink at least two glasses of water after every meal. You may also make it a habit to drink 1 glass every hour so as to meet your target. You may also have 1 or 2 glasses more before bedtime.

When you do your regular exercise routines, especially if you are doing the vigorous types, you may drink as much as you want so at to replenish the lost fluids from your body. Sweating can really dehydrate you so it is important to replenish the lost fluids as much as possible.

Aside from helping you eliminate man boobs, having your body hydrated at all times can bring benefits to your health as well. As we all know, lack of proper hydration does not only result in thirst, but it can also cause headaches, dizziness and fatigue, among other dehydration symptoms.

It is important to take note that you should not overdose in drinking too much fluid all at the same time. Take it in moderation and consistently. This way, you will never go wrong!

You then bring the barbell down until it is a few centimeters from your chest and repeat the process.  With the seated chest press you simply sit on the chest press machine. You will then push the weight straight, away from your chest until the arms are fully extended, and then pull your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
