How To Lose Weight On Your Thighs And Butt

4. Another good exercise that always gives me results is the leg press machine. I love feeling the muscles in my thighs and my butt working. I normally do 3 sets of 10 for starters and I increase the intensity and the number of sets as my legs get stronger.

5. Another great method that should not be overlooked is walking, at an incline. Not only will you be toning those thighs, you will also be burning calories. And your butt will walking with you, as well as your calves.

As you get fitter and you are losing inches on your thighs, you might want to do some jogging. This is one of the best ways to burn calories and to get great thigh toning. You will the reap the rewards of the weight loss throughout your body, not just your legs.
