Losing weight on isolated parts of your body is a difficult task. I always encourage people to lose weight overall, and in essence they lose weight on the body part that is giving them grief. Some people have extra fat on their lower body, for some people it is on their upper bodies, and for others it is on their hips as well as on their butts. 2. When I want quick results for toning my thighs, I do squats. Honestly they are not my favorite because of the amount of work I feel my legs go through, but I always get great results with squats.

3. Lunges. I feel about lunges the same way I feel about squats, they are awesome in getting those thighs toned.

4. Another good exercise that always gives me results is the leg press machine. I love feeling the muscles in my thighs and my butt working. I normally do 3 sets of 10 for starters and I increase the intensity and the number of sets as my legs get stronger.

5. Another great method that should not be overlooked is walking, at an incline. Not only will you be toning those thighs, you will also be burning calories. And your butt will walking with you, as well as your calves.
