At this point we don’t know if and how cider vinegar helps you with weight loss. However, we do know that there are other amazing benefits to consuming cider vinegar. It can help improve your general health, because it is rich in minerals and vitamins. The potassium that is in cider vinegar lowers the blood pressure. Not only that, cider vinegar also helps prevent heart problems. It is able to do this because of the fiber that it contains, and the fiber can absorb the cholesterol, which we know can lead to heart problems. Other benefits of cider vinegar are that it helps with diabetes, pain caused by arthritis, sore throats and digestion.
Looking at the list of benefits, there is no doubt that you would want to include it in your nutrition. Before you reach for your kitchen cupboard and get an overdose of some cider vinegar, over consumption of it is bad for your health. Cider vinegar is extremely acidic, so consume it in moderation.
