How long did it take for them to start seeing results?
If you have not been active for a long time or have health problems, start by a visit to your doctor before you embark on any kind of exercise. Also it might be beneficial to start slow, so I recommend you start with the introductory lessons which will ensure you start slow.
Exercise videos have worked and can work for you. You just need to be realistic about your current weight and where you want to go. Based on that, schedule time 3 – 4 times a week to work on your body.
