How to get rid of your double chin

Double chins for both men and women are unattractive. Although there are no health problems or threats associated with double chins, most people do want to look attractive and learn how to get rid of them. Double chins can be caused by weight gain, or when we reach a certain age –aging- or by certain changes in our bodies. You can get rid of your double chin by following these few strategies:

Lose weight. Losing about 10 pounds of weight can reduce your double chin significantly. Start by doing some cardio or engaging in sort or walking. Remember every excise is effective when done n conjunction with good nutrition.

Do mouth exercises. Open your mouth as wide as you can and hold for 5 to 10 seconds then close it. Repeat the process a couple of times a day. Also move your mouth like you are chewing food with an open mouth, but exaggerate the movements. Do this a couple of times every day for maximum results

Lean your head to the back as far as you can without hurting your neck. Then put your lower lip on top of your upper one, covering your upper lip by your lower lip. Hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat the process several times a day

Chew some bubble gum. As ridiculous as that may sound, chewing bubble gum will get your mouth and jaw moving constantly, as a result it will reduce the storage of excess fat.

Remember to get active and eat proper nutritious foods, then you will be on your way to getting rid of that double chin.
