6 Hot Tips To Get You To Drop Those Extra Pounds Before Summer

Everyone wants to look good, because when you look good you feel great! During the summer, we all want to be able to get into our favorite swimsuit and head for the beach. No one wants to be embarrassed by wearing a swimsuit while they are overweight or having cellulite showing off their swimsuits. Let’s face it, we love it when that cute guy gives us attention
Want to lose weight for the summer? Follow these strategies and you will drop the weight
Ease off on the alcohol. If you are like me and you love your glass of wine after a long day of work, then you need to take it easy. I’d recommend getting off it permanently or halving your intake
Start jogging. I don’t mean the boring 30 minute jog that you’ve always done, try running the normal jog for 3 minutes and doing sprints for a minute in between every 3 minutes of your normal jog
Eat healthily. Eat lean meat – trim off the fat before preparing the meat – and include fish in your diet. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and take it easy on eating out. Avoid junk food like the plague, and when you do go out, opt for salads and low fat salad dressing
Stay motivated. Remind yourself of how great you are going to feel when you get the body you want. The more reasons you have for wanting that body, the more motivated you will be to keep exercising and eating healthily
Drink Water. Keep drinking that water so that you stay hydrated throughout the day, and replace the water lost when you perspire. Water is also great for weight loss
Set yourself a weight loss goal. This goal should be measurable, put a time frame to it and make sure you do something every day that will get you closer to your goal
