Let me just say that when I heard about it at first, the claims that it was making made me say NO WAY!  I mean, 12 pounds of fat free mass in 21 days just sounded too good to be true!

I was determined to take a closer look and really uncover the truth behind this, and expose it if it turned out to be a scam. in fact from where I was sitting, I thought they were claiming the impossible!

  • I am not a fat of diets, but it is quite easy to follow it without feeling deprived

  • Motivation and inspiration is always hard for some people to get started in changing their lives. With this program, you get plenty of that to get you started and helping to take you to the finish line.

  • I love the videos that come with the program. They are of great quality and you will have no trouble following along.

Now, lets look at the things that I did not like so much:

  • The food can be expensive for the pocket, you would have to be smart shopper and try and find places where you can save money.
  • There is mention of supplements that were used, the same ones that one of the program creators Vince has used to gain 7.4 pounds in days. I suspect that that if you want the kind of results that he has gotten, you would have to dig into your pocket again to get the same supplements. Again, that is more money that you are pouring out of your pocket.

Is 21 Day Mass Building program a scam or can it actually work in helping you build muscle in a short space of time?

I seriously doubt it is a scam. After all the people who created it Lee Hayward and Vince Del Monte are both well respected in the industry and their reputations are at stake if they were to put something on the market that was trash.

Can the system guarantee the 12 pounds? I honestly cannot answer that, it will depend on how well you follow the system. Even then I cannot say. The good thing is that you are protected by a 60 day money back guarantee.
