Channing Tatum Workout

My first encounter of Channing Tatum was in the movie Coach Carter, and  since then he has been featured in countless magazines. He is always in top shape for his roles, and that is why I want to look into the Channing Tatum Workout to find out what keeps him as fit and toned as he is.

His job requires him to be in top shape, so he makes sure that if he has a role coming up, he works hard to look the part and of course get all the women drooling all over him.

He is not a gym fanatic, and he does enjoy his favorite foods like the burger he likes or pizza. However, the trick is to indulge now and then, instead of making our cravings our daily staple.

His workouts mostly are based on interval training that include high intensity workouts, and they rarely go over a 30 minute span.

When he has to look good for the camera, this is the Channing Tatum Workout that he follows, especially if the role demands a great physique:

Day 1 – He does 10 pull-ups, 50 walking lunge steps and 30 kettle bell swings. He does 6 sets of these exercises and he has to do them as fast as he possibly can.

Day 2 – He does between 12 to 15 clean and jerks as well as 150 rope skips. Again, he has to do them as fast as he possibly can, and he does 6 sets of each.

Day 3 – He does 25 box leaps, 50 situps, 75 pushups as well as 100 mountain climbers. Again, he pushes himself to do them fast and he performs 5 sets.

After day 3, he gives his body time to rest and then it is back to the gym. It is easy to see why the Channing Tatum Workout is so effective, because if focuses on body movements that encourage the usage of more body muscles.

The diet that Channing Tatum follows, or rather the diet that is suggested by his personal trainer looks like this:

  • Lots of vegetables

  • Wrist curls – This exercise particularly focuses on getting the forearms strong. This requires a dumbbell, and you will need to do 10 reps each, with 3 sets. The weight of dumbbell will be determined by the weight that you can manage, especially when you are staring out.
  • Hammer curl – This exercise targets the forearms and biceps for strengthening purposes. For this exercise, Eric Bana has a dumbbell in each hand, and he will curl his arm until the dumbbell reaches the shoulder. Once there, he slowly moves the weight down back to the original position. Then he does the same with the other hand and repeat.
  • Diagonal Hammer Curls – Eric does this exercise to target the biceps, and it increases the definition of the arms. This exercise needs a dumbbell in each hand, and it is simply executed by curling the dumbbell to the other side of the shoulder. Then the weight will be lowered back to its original position, giving a chance for the other hand to take its turn. Then the exercise is simply repeated.

This is just focusing on the Eric Bana Workout that is specifically for his forearms. Judging from the way he looks, it is clear that he does have a workout regimen for the rest of his body because he does look gorgeous.

Unfortunately, what he does with the rest of his body is just not available at the moment.

Christian Bale Workout

I was first aware of Christian Bale in the movie Empire of  The Sun, but I really started taking notice of him when he did American Pyscho, Batman Begins, Batman The Dark Knight as well as in Terminator Salvation. He is always in impeccable shape when he does roles that are physically demanding, so we take a look at the Christian Bale Workout to find out exactly how he prepares for roles and stays in shape.

The Christian Bale Workout involves cardio training, weight training as well as some yoga to get the body relaxed and flexible.

When he prepares for a role such as American Psycho, his workouts are structured and he works out at least 4 days a week.

The Christian Bale Diet includes protein intake, and because the training is intense at times, he would then drink protein shakes just to replenish the energy lost during the workouts.

Also he limits his intake of carbs, and he eats his share of fruits and vegetables.

Any successful weight loss program or muscle building will include proper nutrition, and of course one will need to devote time and effort to achieve the body they desire.
